Childbirth Education Intensive
This course takes place over two sessions, both 2 hours long. It is a private virtual class where you get to speak with the instructor and ask questions to personalize the experience for your needs. We discuss the ins and outs of childbirth including: the last few weeks of pregnancy, signs of labor, pain in labor, pain management in labor both natural and medicated, spontaneous labor, induced and augmented labor, vaginal birth, cesarean birth, complications and interventions in labor, the birth person’s rights, tips and guidance for your support person, the postpartum period, introduction to breast feeding and more.

Natural Childbirth Intensive
This class is dedicated to those who desire an unmedicated childbirth. Labor and childbirth can be like running a marathon, and you wouldn’t show up on race day without any training beforehand. This is a 2 hour private, virtual course that focuses on preparing you and your support person for the length and intensity of labor. You will learn coping mechanisms, physical position changes, use of tools and elements, and nourishment to help you achieve your goal of natural childbirth.
